Devin Taylor
Managing Director
Mr. Taylor has more than 17 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate industry in Canada. He has often played a fundamental role in helping numerous organizations with strategic planning, analysis, development and the execution of complex transactions.
Since his hiring as Managing Director in January 2020, by applying a disciplined strategy to acquisition and selective development Cartero Properties has been among the fastest growing REITs in Canada. Prior to his career in the real estate industry, Mr. Taylor spent a decade in the private banking sector working for both Bank of Montreal and the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
Mr. Taylor is Chairman of the Board of Grassroots Canada, an education based charity that provides academic support programming to inner city youth in Canada. Mr. Taylor obtained a Bachelor of Law in 2002 from Carleton University.
